Electronic Invoicing Portal for Oilfield Service now available for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central from Open Door Technology
Oilfield service operators and suppliers face challenges when dealing with secure electronic invoice submissions to customer portals. To alleviate this, Open Door Technology has developed a Dynamics 365 Business Central integration tool for i2x, a supplier portal from NextGen Software.
Direct access to business portals
Do you need more efficiency in eliminating redundant tasks, cutting costs, and speeding up receivables? The i2x Integration Solution is now available on Microsoft’s AppSource here. It enables suppliers to upload invoices and field tickets from Business Central directly into the applicable business portal.
Current formats supported include OpenInvoice, Cortex, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Noble Energy, OXY, and SAP Ariba. Additionally, NextGen Software has committed to developing new major formats as they are released by customers.
Open Door has added the necessary integrations to allow Business Central to track additional key information needed to upload to the i2x system. Please note: Business Central customers will need to purchase any necessary i2x licenses.
The i2x Integration Solution works with field tickets, invoices, credit memos, and purchase orders. Invoices can be created directly from field tickets. The system identifies the portal used by the customer and submits uploads to multiple formats simultaneously. Backup documents can be uploaded as well.
Eliminate manual, duplicate data entry
With i2x and i2x Integration Solution, the customer benefits from eliminating manual, duplicate data entry, which reduces administration costs and ensures shortened approval cycles. The i2x system also assists with resolving invoice disputes.
