Malcolm Roach
Founder & CEO

Meet Malcolm, the Founder & CEO of Open Door Technology, with 34 years of experience in the mid-market ERP and rental software industry. With a vision in mind, he originally left his Senior Manager role at KPMG’s Information Systems Group to create Open Door Technology. His experience working in the past as a CPA & documenting business process flows has enabled him to dig into what functionalities customers want and need and then find opportunities for further improvement they might not have yet considered. Outside of work, Malcolm & his lovely wife are living every grandparent’s dream enjoying all five of their adult children and their families living nearby within his neighborhood.

Christian Roach
Vice President

Christian is our Vice President and has been a part of the Open Door team for over 27 years. He started his extensive technology career implementing ERP systems and quickly became an expert working with Dynamics NAV and then Dynamics 365 Business Central. Christian plays a pivotal role in our senior management team, helping ODT staff deliver successful customer projects and addressing ongoing support needs. When Christian isn’t strategically planning & navigating the evolving business landscape, you’ll find him enjoying the great outdoors. He loves spending time with his family, camping and fishing whenever he can.

Daren Christoffersen
Product Manager

As our Product Manager, Daren brings an unmatched level of enthusiasm and dedication to every ODT product he works with. Daren has worked in the technology industry for 22 years and we’re privileged to have had him on our team for the last 20. Darren spends his days skillfully managing the Product team, vetting new feature suggestions, assisting the Operations & Support teams with product-related questions, and planning what’s next for ODT products designed for Business Central. Outside of work, Daren is a big football fan and has been coaching youth football, hockey, basketball, and soccer teams in his free time.

Client Advantage Manager

Marie is our trusted Client Advantage Manager with over 20 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, and eight of those years spent at Open Door. Marie leads the Client Experience team, ensuring that every client interaction is meaningful, positive, and exceeds expectations. She excels in problem-solving, advocating for users, and aligning solutions to meet our clients' objectives daily. Marie ensures a seamless, cohesive experience across all departments, from onboarding to ongoing support. Outside of work, Marie is an avid reader, loves to bake, and also a board game enthusiast.

Don Sladek
Professional Services Manager

Don is Open Door’s Professional Services Manager with a great passion for customer satisfaction as he heads up projects within the Operations department. For the past 10 years, he's been a key asset at Open Door, contributing attentive service & innovative solutions. Don enjoys the rewarding experience of collaborating with his talented and supportive team on the daily challenges of moving client implementation projects toward success. When he's not helping clients achieve the best outcomes, Don enjoys staying active, spending time on the golf course, and having fun with his Australian Shepherd.

Development Services Manager

Meet Marcel, our Development Services Manager, who leads and manages Open Door’s Project Development team with unmatched passion and optimism. We're lucky enough to have had Marcel as part of the Open Door team for nine years out of the 22 he has spent in the technology industry. Marcel leads an international team of brilliant minds that skillfully craft innovative software solutions and navigate key technology initiatives together. When he's not researching solutions and providing invaluable technical guidance, Marcel also enjoys traveling, playing the piano, and spending quality time with his close-knit family.

Sukun Sen
Sr. Marketing Specialist

Sukun is Open Door's Senior Marketing Specialist with over 10 years of experience, with 5 years in the ERP space. He brings enthusiasm to leading and executing campaigns and creating informative content for our clients, partners, and the industry as a whole. Sukun collaborates with management to develop marketing initiatives that resonate with our audience with his strong knowledge in video editing and content creation. In his free time, Sukun is a licensed drone pilot, having had his aerial videography work featured on multiple national media channels.

Sr. Business Development Manager

Say hello to Tyson, who work as our Senior Business Development professional with over 13 years in the consulting industry and exactly half of that at Open Door. Tyson leads our Business Development initiatives with a strategic and thoughtful approach. Tyson has a passion for helping people navigate the complex world of ERP selection. His workday involves exploring new geographical markets, spearheading process enhancements, and communicating with new clients to help them optimize their solutions. When he's not chatting with customers, Tyson loves spending time with his wife and young kids, and is also a connoisseur of good cheeses and Belgian beers.

Account Manager

Meet Wendy, one of our friendly Account Managers here at Open Door. She has skillfully looked after our clients’ needs for nine years now, specializing in helping Dynamics NAV customers make the successful leap over to new Business Central systems. Wendy has worked in this industry for an impressive 43 years, gaining extensive ERP expertise that we’ve been lucky enough to leverage at ODT. Our clients are always pleased to have Wendy in their corner with her exceptional customer service talents and the way she always goes the extra mile to provide the resources and assistance they need. Wendy relishes in seeing our customers happy that they chose ODT as their software partner. When she’s not contributing to customer success, you’ll find Wendy having fun at the baseball diamond and spending quality time with her family.
